The role

As a Design Manager in the Integrity organization, you will lead a team focused on fraud prevention, trust, safety, and compliance. You will define the vision for platform integrity while working closely with engineering and product partners to build seamless experiences. This hybrid role involves both high-level strategy and hands-on technical execution using modern AI-powered tools.

• Set the technical direction for design across the integrity product area
• Build production-ready prototypes and systems using React and TypeScript
• Develop AI-powered tooling and design systems to increase team leverage

• Mentor senior designers and managers to grow the internal design community
