Senior Store Design Manager - 12 month FTC at Charlotte Tilbury

The role

As Senior Store Design Manager for Charlotte Tilbury Travel Retail, you will lead the Store Design team to deliver permanent counter builds across all TR UK & EMEA retailers. This includes managing design, technical approvals, budget, and implementation. You will ensure all projects are delivered on brand, on time, and within budget, requiring occasional travel.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end process for new door openings and refurbishments.
• Manage projects from design and development through to installation and payment.
• Use technical knowledge to ensure best-in-class execution and durability.
• Deliver installs that uplift the brand image and secure appropriate leadership sign-off.
• Maintain all working documents and adapt processes to improve team efficiency.
• Work closely with leadership to build and maintain the CAPEX budget.
