Job Description

Andersen is hiring a UX Designer with German for a project designing accessible digital interfaces and enhancing a scalable design system for a consistent user experience.

Our customer is a large infrastructure organization focused on operating and enhancing complex, business-critical systems. The company invests in digital technologies, automation, and data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and decision-making across large-scale processes. With a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement, it develops scalable technology capabilities that support long-term organizational growth and evolving operational needs.

The project is focused on designing and maintaining consistent, accessible, and user-friendly digital interfaces based on the Nova Design System. It includes creating UI components, high-fidelity prototypes, design specifications, and style guides, as well as continuously enhancing the design system to ensure a consistent user experience across platforms. Responsibilities:

Preparing user research reports, including insights and recommendations.Creating user personas and journey maps. Developing wireframes and interactive prototypes. Preparing final UI designs and design system documentation. Conducting usability testing and implementing iterative design improvements. Developing accessibility compliance recommendations and guidelines.

Must-haves:

Experience in UX Design for 2+ years. Experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design (according to skill levels in section 3), or related fields. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design). Certifications in UX Research, UX Design, Design Thinking, or Usability Testing (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification, UX Research Academy). Training in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
