Overall objective/Purpose of position

▪ The UX/UI Designer is responsible for the customer journey and front-end experience of the Miele digitalplatforms. They are part of the Digital UX/UI team whose mission is to create a premium digital shoppingexperience that drives sales.▪ Through design thinking activities, conducting usability & A/B tests, and studying data, they continuouslyrefine the user experience. This role has an end-to-end responsibility for frontend design, from ideating andprototyping to delivering and optimizing features.

Key responsibilities

Create customer-centric e-Commerce customer journeys and translate requirements into brand andproduct story.Design wireframes that consider all use cases and create UI assets for development.Participate in Design Thinking workshops to best understand the customer’s decision-making process.Create A/B tests to gain learnings, conduct competitor reviews and customer surveys, and monitor websitedata to gain insights for design decisionsPartner with Product Manager on features to continuously optimize the user experience, and collaborate closely with IT to ensure technical feasibility and performance.Digital design portfolio with e-Commerce experienceFoundational experience working for a premium brand in consumer or FHave a collaborative team spirit and always striving to learn new thingsExperienced in agile ways of workingInternational mindset, and fluent business EnglishExcellent prototyping and design skills and a deep understanding of newsoftware/web technologiesHave a customer-centric creative mindset and can review both qualitativquantitative data to inform design decisions

What we are looking for
