Freelance UI&UX Designer - AI Experienced at Revpanda Group

Revpanda Group is looking for a hands-on and proactive UI&UX Designer - AI Experienced on a freelance basis to help design intuitive and effective AI-powered product experiences.This role combines product design, UI/UX, AI interaction design, and prompt design. You will work on both user-facing and internal tools, shaping not only how AI features look, but also how they behave, respond, handle errors, and give users control.We are looking for someone who is comfortable experimenting directly with AI tools, prototyping quickly, and working closely with development, content, SEO, and operations teams.

Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end design process, from problem definition and early concepts through prototyping, implementation, and production delivery.Define how AI and agentic experiences should work within enterprise SaaS workflows, balancing usability, transparency, trust, efficiency, and responsible AI principles.Take design ownership of client projects, defining navigation, information architecture, layout logic, and interaction behaviour from the initial brief to final release.Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using Figma and the most appropriate AI-assisted tools, such as Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, Replit, and Figma AI.Bridge design and development by maintaining visual systems and design foundations in Figma, while rapidly translating concepts into functional UI experiments and working closely with developers through implementation and iteration.Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and other user research to understand user needs and inform product and design decisions.Champion a modern, AI-native design culture focused on simplicity, experimentation, speed, and measurable customer value.Act as our AI Scout, actively following developments in AI models, agentic systems, and design/development tools, experimenting with emerging technologies, and introducing useful new ideas and workflows to the product and design teams.

Requirements:3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.Proven experience in the iGaming industry, with a solid understanding of casino, sportsbook, or related digital gambling products, user journeys, responsible gambling, and regulatory considerations.Hands-on experience designing, prototyping, or shipping at least one AI-powered or AI-assisted product feature.Good understanding of LLMs, prompting, context limitations, hallucinations, and common AI failure modes.Strong Figma and prototyping skills, with experience using or experimenting with AI-native tools such as Claude, Cursor, v0, Lovable, Replit, Figma AI, or similar.Comfortable testing prompts, evaluating AI outputs, and working with basic technical concepts such as APIs and JSON schemas. Coding is not required, but you should be comfortable collaborating closely with developers.Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proactive, independent mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving freelance environment.
