Motion Society helps Content Creators optimize and distribute their videos across social plateforms and streaming services. Dedicated to unlocking creators growth potential, we operate at the forefront of the Creator Economy. We work with creators all over the world, helping them reach millions of viewers on TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Youtube : and increasingly, on OTT and connected-TV platforms.

We're looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer : Social Thumbnails & OTT Key ArtThis role can be located anywhere as it's full remote.

THE ROLEWe're looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to produce two kinds of visuals:

Social thumbnails : scroll-stopping covers for videos published across social platforms, primarily Snapchat.OTT key art : posters, series and channel artwork, and banners for streaming and connected-TV platforms, delivered across the multiple aspect ratios these platforms require.

We care less about a long, polished design portfolio than about a sharp instinct for what makes people click, watch, and keep watching. If you understand viral content and platform dynamics, we want to hear from you.KEY RESPONSABILITIES Design compelling thumbnails tailored to each social platform, primarily Snapchat.Create key art and channel artwork for OTT / connected-TV platforms, adapted to each platform's specs and ratios (16:9, 2:3, banners, tiles).Keep visual consistency across a creator's full catalogue while adapting to each platform's rules.Work with our creators and internal team to improve the visual appeal and performance of their content.Iterate quickly based on performance data : CTR and watch-time feedback shape the next batch.

REQUIREMENTSYou work as a freelancer and can invoice us (The role is fully remote).Methodical, independent and proactive, with the drive to work alongside a fast-growing team.Comfortable navigating social platforms, and motivated by a very data- and results-driven working environment.Willing to learn and explore new types of creators and viral trends.Fluent in English.Solid working knowledge of Photoshop/Figma.

NICE TO HAVEHeavy social media user : especially YouTube and TikTok with an eye for spotting viral content.Experience creating content or actively managing social media profiles.Experience designing for OTT / streaming platforms (Roku, Samsung TV Plus, Pluto TV, Amazon, or similar), or for VOD catalogues.Familiarity with the wider Adobe suite beyond Photoshop.
