Role Overview

As a Staff Product Designer at Nooks, you will define the interaction model for the first-ever Agent Workspace for sales teams. You will unify multiple AI-driven product lines into a single cohesive experience where humans and AI agents collaborate to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the design direction and interaction model for the unified Agent Workspace
• Design the human-agent loop to manage agent actions and hand-off points
• Ship end-to-end features by prototyping and building directly in production code
• Collaborate directly with customers through Slack and live shadowing sessions
• Evolve the company design system and raise the overall bar for craft
• Partner with the head of design to shape team processes and hiring

Requirements Snapshot

• Eight or more years of experience leading design for complex product areas
• Portfolio of shipped work on high-frequency B2B workflow or productivity tools
• Experience designing for AI-powered features and non-deterministic model outputs
• Ability to ship front-end work daily in React and TypeScript codebases
• Based in San Francisco with a commitment to three days per week in-office
