The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer for one of our clients. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Product Design.A portfolio showcasing your work in UX design, including wireframes, prototypes, digital assets, websites, applications, and high-fidelity designs.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Proto.io.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and elegant design solutions.Strong knowledge of user-centred design principles and methodologies.Understanding of current design trends and best practices in UI/UX design.Located in CET timezone (+/- 3 hours), we are unable to consider applications from candidates in other time zones.

Responsibilities:

Lead the UX design process, including user research, persona development, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements.Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviours, needs, and pain points.Translate user research findings into actionable design solutions that address user needs and business objectives.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.Advocate for the user throughout the design process and ensure that designs are accessible, inclusive, and intuitive.
