Role Overview

Sift is seeking a Visual Designer to lead and evolve the company's external visual identity across digital and print platforms. You will translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives for engineers and decision-makers in industries like aerospace and defense.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute external materials including website graphics and sales collateral
• Translate technical products into clear visual narratives and product diagrams
• Maintain and evolve the brand identity for consistency across all channels
• Develop scalable brand systems and reusable templates for marketing and sales
• Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate technical capabilities effectively
• Manage design projects from initial concept through final production

Requirements Snapshot

• At least three years of professional experience in visual or brand design
• Proven background designing for B2B technology or complex technical products
• Strong mastery of typography composition and information hierarchy
• Proficiency in Figma including building reusable components and brand systems
• Status as a U.S. Person per ITAR and EAR regulations
