Role Overview

Sift is seeking a Visual Designer to lead and evolve the company's external visual identity across digital and print platforms. You will translate complex technical telemetry concepts into compelling visual narratives for hardware engineering audiences. This hands-on role offers significant creative ownership within a fast-growing data infrastructure startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute external materials including website graphics and landing pages
• Translate technical products into clear visual narratives and diagrams
• Maintain and evolve the brand visual identity across all channels
• Develop scalable brand systems and reusable asset templates
• Partner with marketing and sales to communicate technical capabilities
• Manage design projects from initial concept through final production

Requirements Snapshot
