Staff Product Manager, Design for Manufacturability (DFM) at Xometry

The role

As a Staff Product Manager for DFM, you will lead the strategy and roadmap for automating manufacturability reviews using AI across global markets. This high-ownership role sits at the intersection of manufacturing expertise, workflow design, and applied machine learning to scale Xometry digital marketplace.

What you'll do

• Define a multi-year roadmap for global DFM automation and AI-driven review workbenches
• Manage the Intelligent DFM Workbench as the single source of truth for order requirements
• Collaborate with data science teams to improve 3D geometry analysis and ML models
• Establish feedback loops to improve record accuracy through human-in-the-loop reviews
• Track and optimize key metrics including handle time sign-off latency and RMA rates
• Lead cross-functional alignment between engineering UX sourcing and executive leadership

What you'll bring

• Over 8 years of product management experience in technical or AI-powered B2B environments
• Proven track record of managing complex systems of record and policy-driven workflows
• Experience partnering with data science teams to deploy production-level ML models
• Strong data-driven mindset for prioritizing roadmaps based on cycle time and quality
• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related technical field
