Staff Product Manager, Design for Manufacturability (DFM) at Xometry

The role

This Staff Product Manager role focuses on defining and scaling manufacturability review through AI and automation across Xometry's global marketplace. You will lead the strategy for the Intelligent DFM Workbench, sitting at the intersection of manufacturing expertise, workflow design, and applied machine learning.

What you'll do

• Define a multi-year global roadmap for automated and human-led manufacturability reviews
• Lead the development of the Intelligent DFM Workbench as the central source of truth
• Partner with data science teams to improve 3D geometry analysis and machine learning models
• Establish feedback loops to improve record accuracy using human-in-the-loop workbench reviews
• Track and optimize key metrics including handle time, sign-off latency, and RMA rates
• Coordinate across engineering, UX, and sourcing teams to align on global design standards

What you'll bring

• Eight or more years of product management experience in technical or AI-powered environments
• Proven track record managing complex systems of record and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Experience designing policy-driven workflows such as approval routing and escalation logic
• Strong background in data-driven prioritization and measuring impact on cycle times
• Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field
