Job Description

About The Role

We're a Series A AI-powered B2B SaaS company operating in the procurement intelligence and supply chain space, backed by top-tier European and global investors. With a team of over 150 people based in Munich, we're shipping agentic AI products to industrial customers every week — and we're looking for a Junior Product Designer to help define what that experience looks like.

This is a rare opportunity to invent UX patterns that don't yet exist: how procurement professionals supervise AI agents, how those agents surface work, and how trust is built between humans and automated systems. You'll be part of a small, cross-functional team with direct impact on a product used by paying customers in a real industry vertical.

What You'll Do

Design end-to-end product flows, screens, and prototypes that ship to customers within weeks — not quarters. Define how AI agents surface work, how humans review it, and how trust is built over time between user and system. Prototype rapidly in Figma, code, and with AI tools to communicate ideas quickly and clearly. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to minimise handoff friction. Review PRs and make last-mile interaction and visual tweaks to ensure shipped quality matches design intent. Raise visual and interaction standards across the product and contribute to a shared design system. Own features from discovery through launch — not just isolated screens. Iterate rapidly based on real customer feedback and in-production usage data.

What We're Looking For

Required:

0–2 years of product design experience (strong internships count) with a portfolio of shipped work, ideally in B2B, complex workflows, or data-heavy products. Experience contributing to and maintaining a design system with a focus on consistency across the product. End-to-end ownership experience: discovery, definition, design, and launch. Daily use of AI tools in your design workflow — e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, Figma Make — for ideation, prototyping, or collaboration. Strong instinct for both visual design and interaction design, with genuine attention to detail. Systems thinking: you care about how many features work together, not just individual screens. Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping rather than endless polish. Practical understanding of the design-to-development lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

Prototyping in code (HTML, CSS, React). Experience designing for non-technical users operating in complex, domain-specific environments. Opinions on how AI should appear in products beyond a simple chat interface.

We are an equal opportunity employer committed to equal employment regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, or gender identity.

Location

This role is based on-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
