About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer who’s driven to create thoughtful, high-impact product experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to solve real user challenges and deliver polished, scalable design solutions in a rapidly growing environment.

ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end design for core product initiatives.Scope, prioritize, and deliver design work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to align on problems and solutions.Make product design decisions using user research, data, and design best practices.Design intuitive, scalable user experiences with strong UX and UI foundations.Contribute to and evolve our design system and internal design processes.

Qualifications6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI for web and mobile applications.Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and multiple stakeholders.High sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes and product quality.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.Proficient in Figma and experienced with design systems.MUST have experience in fintech or B2B products.
