The role

AMIRI is seeking a charismatic Store Director to lead its SoHo location and drive retail business objectives. This leadership role focuses on sales growth, operational excellence, and personnel management while serving as a key brand ambassador.

What you'll do

• Motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and build a strong client base.
• Analyze sales figures and CRM activity to develop employee and store goal targets.
• Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events in coordination with visual merchandising.
• Manage day-to-day store operations while minimizing costs and risks.
• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new store team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and employee development plans for the staff.

What you'll bring

• Four to six years of progressively responsible luxury retail management experience.
• Strong familiarity with the AMIRI brand aesthetic and narrative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general CRM or POS systems.
• Knowledge of local and federal labor laws and luxury market trends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to thirty pounds.
