The role

This role involves supporting economic design and engagement strategies across an HD game portfolio to optimize progression and retention. You will analyze economic models and microtransaction systems to drive revenue and player reactivation metrics.

What you'll do

• Support production teams in designing monetization strategies and economic models
• Conduct audits of progression systems and retention mechanics across the portfolio
• Coordinate economy balancing tests and participate in the validation process
• Review economy management tools and leverage AI to optimize microtransactions
• Share knowledge and promote best practices within the economy design community
• Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify industry trends

What you'll bring

• Experience in game design with exposure to live-service or GaaS titles
• Foundational knowledge of economics and player progression systems
• Proficiency in modeling tools such as Excel, VBA, and Tableau
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simulate reward systems
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making
