Role Overview

Aurelius Systems is seeking a creative lead to own the visual identity and narrative of their defense tech startup. You will document the development of autonomous laser weapon systems from factory floors to field tests across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the visual and narrative system for YouTube and social media
• Manage end-to-end video production from shooting to final editing
• Document factory operations in San Francisco and Detroit
• Capture high-power laser field tests on a private range
• Execute short-form ghostwriting for company founders
• Create long-form product films that define the brand aesthetic

Requirements Snapshot

• Proven experience shipping long-form YouTube or industrial films
• Strong portfolio or reel demonstrating end-to-end production skills
• History of creating viral content for hardware or aerospace
• Native English speaker with U.S. Person status for export control
• Ability to travel frequently to Detroit and field test sites
