Visual Design Lead at Sia

The role

This is a hands-on design leadership role for a Visual Design Lead focused on driving the visual craft behind brand, web, and digital marketing work. You will translate strategic direction into cohesive visual systems across digital channels, partnering with creative and web teams. The role also involves mentoring designers to elevate the overall quality and rigor of visual design across projects.

What you'll do

• Translate brand and strategic direction into cohesive visual identity systems across digital channels.
• Lead visual design execution across brand identities, websites, landing pages, and digital marketing assets.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, digital design systems, and visual standards.
• Create high-fidelity visual layouts and templates for web, presentation, and campaign work.
• Guide design decisions across typography, color, composition, imagery, and motion.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers through critique, design guidance, and best-practice sharing.

What you'll bring

• At least 5 years of experience working in a design or advertising agency.
• Expertise in Figma is a mandatory requirement.
• A strong portfolio showcasing paid social, digital marketing, UI/UX, and campaign work.
• Experience designing with or exploring generative AI.
• A sharp eye for typography, layout, and detail, coupled with a love for visual storytelling.
