UX/UI Designer at Salt

The role

This is a Senior UX/UI Designer position at an award-winning performance marketing agency expanding its presence in Paris. As the first senior designer in this location, you will lead client accounts and establish the design practice's standards and team.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end UX and UI for client products including landing pages and checkout flows
• Analyze user journeys using heatmaps and session recordings to identify and resolve friction
• Develop polished interfaces and interactive Figma prototypes to align clients and developers
• Design A/B test variants and paid media creative for platforms like Meta and TikTok
• Create CRM assets such as newsletters and onboarding journeys to drive retention
• Manage client relationships and eventually hire and lead a growing design team

What you'll bring

• Four to five years of experience in UX/UI and digital design with a performance focus
• Proven background working in an agency environment is strongly preferred
• Expert proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to communicate fluently in French and professionally in English
• Strong testing mindset with the ability to interpret A/B test results and hypotheses

Your impact

You will play a pivotal role in establishing the agency's design department in Paris by setting methods and standards from the ground up. Your work will directly drive conversions for leading media and publishing brands through data-driven design and creative testing. Over time, you will transition into a leadership role, building and managing a local team of designers.
