The role

This role focuses on designing digital products with a mobile-first approach to enhance the eplix suite. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop consistent user experiences and maintain high-quality design standards.

What you'll do

• Design digital products with a clear mobile-first or mobile-only approach
• Maintain consistent experiences using existing design systems and OS components
• Develop solution paths and visualize trade-offs for business requirements
• Use concepts and prototypes to gather feedback and prepare decisions
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and dependencies
• Evolve the design system and UI standards across the platform

What you'll bring

• Multi-year experience with mobile-first and mobile-only design approaches
• Experience designing digital products for business or B2C applications
• Proficiency in Figma and managing complex component libraries
• Ability to justify design decisions from user and business perspectives
• Professional fluency in both German and English languages
