Staff Visual Designer, Product Creative at Robinhood

The role

This Staff Visual Designer role sits within the Product Creative team to define and shape Robinhood’s product design language. You will work cross-functionally to ship world-class product experiences while evolving the company's distinctive visual identity.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape visual direction and ensure product consistency
• Design and evolve design language elements including icons and UI components
• Support high-impact product launches with attention to visual craft and storytelling
• Evolve the internal design system to be AI-ready and support new aesthetics
• Advocate for design excellence through critique and shared best practices
• Maintain system scalability and cohesion across every product touchpoint

• Deep expertise in visual design including typography and composition
• Proven experience designing and evolving scalable product design systems
• Strong communication skills to influence design decisions across teams
• Mastery of Figma and experience with generative AI design tools
