The role

You will work with Product and Engineering teams to execute a strong product design standard that showcases Brex as a leader in financial innovation. This role involves contributing to strategic direction while maintaining high visual standards and a strong focus on user needs.

• Maintain a high design bar and level of execution for all features.

What you'll bring

• Ten or more years of experience as a product designer.
• Proven experience building customer-facing products from zero to one.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
• Experience working with engineering, marketing, and product management teams.
• Ability to craft clear narratives and paint a compelling product vision.
