The role

As a Staff Brand Designer, you will serve as a craft leader responsible for elevating the visual identity of a frontier AI company. You will apply a sophisticated aesthetic to create premium designs for elite professional audiences in law, tax, and finance.

What you'll do

• Evolve the visual language and develop scalable brand systems
• Execute global campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels
• Design and refine the website and key digital experiences
• Create environmental graphics and physical collateral for events
• Provide visual direction and mentorship to junior designers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Product

What you'll bring

• At least eight years of high-quality brand design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography and visual storytelling
• Proven ability to design across web, print, and campaign systems
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience leading projects from concept through final execution
