The role

This role involves leading the detailed design and coordination of dry utility systems for major transportation and urban infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will manage multi-disciplinary interfaces and oversee the technical quality of electrical, telecommunication, and gas network deliverables.

What you'll do

• Lead the detailed design and coordination of dry utility systems and duct banks
• Apply subsurface utility engineering principles to evaluate and manage utility data quality
• Resolve complex utility conflicts within 2D and 3D CAD design environments
• Take ownership of the QA/QC process for all technical design deliverables
• Provide technical support and clarification responses during the construction phase
• Mentor junior staff members while fostering positive relationships with project clients

What you'll bring

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering with ten or more years of experience
• Proven expertise in designing dry utility systems and electrical components
• Advanced proficiency in CAD platforms including Civil 3D and AutoCAD
• Experience coordinating with municipal authorities and utility companies
• Mandatory English proficiency with French language skills considered an asset
