Senior Product/UX Designer

Job Description

Your tasks

• Aligning design goals with business objectives by implementing design thinking processes to foster innovative, user-centric solutions and promote creative problem-solving and collaboration.
• Conducting research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
• Creating intuitive and delightful user experiences by applying User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and User Interface Design principles.
• Translating your ideas into tangible solutions with wireframes and prototypes.
• Leveraging AI-powered design and research tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, content creation, and user insights while applying critical thinking and human-centered design principles.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency, and incorporating inclusive design practices per WCAG.

Qualifications

• You bring over 5 years of experience in Product/UX design and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field.
• You are proficient in Figma and have experience implementing Material Design and WCAG in your projects.
• You have excellent English communication skills and can effectively present and defend your ideas.
• You are resourceful, creative, and confident in solving complex design challenges independently, and managing the entire design process with support.
• You are committed to continuously learning to stay current with the latest design and technology trends.
• You work well in a team, value diverse perspectives and are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• You actively mentor junior and mid-level designers while promoting a collaborative design culture.

It would be a real bonus if:

• You have experience in the financial services, fintech, or wealth management industry.
• You have strong UX research skills, including user interviews, usability testing, and insight synthesis
