Senior Product Designer at sumup

The role

As a Senior Product Designer in the Consumer Bank squad, you will design end-to-end mobile experiences for SumUp Pay. You will work in a cross-functional team to scale the product and drive user engagement across Europe. Your role involves owning the design process from initial discovery through to final delivery.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end product design for the SumUp Pay experience
• Lead discovery by identifying user problems and shaping hypotheses
• Design high-quality mobile experiences to drive user activation and engagement
• Validate solutions through prototyping and usability testing
• Use data and insights to inform and iterate on design decisions
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and scalability

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer on mobile-first products
• Strong skills in problem framing and user research synthesis
• Proficiency in Figma and experience evolving design systems
• Ability to leverage AI design tools to accelerate workflows
• Experience using data to inform design decisions and iterate solutions
