The Product Design team at Shine

Our Product Design team is made up of 15 talented people across four areas: Staff Design, Copywriting, Banking, and Invoicing & Accounting. In this role, you'll join the Banking domain and work closely with a cross-functional squad (Product, Engineering, Data, Ops, Compliance).

Your direct manager will be Arnaud (Head of Design - Banking), and you'll partner day-to-day with your Product and Engineering counterparts within the squad.

The Banking Experience Squad

The Banking Experience squad owns the core of what our customers interact with every day: the mobile and web application surfaces that make running a business feel simple and powerful. This is the heart of Shine's product, the place where freelancers and business owners manage their money, track their activity, and stay in control of their finances.

Your role as a Product Designer

You'll own end-to-end design for the core banking experience across mobile and web, designing surfaces that millions of entrepreneurs rely on daily.
