About The Role

The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut. They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions — collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to build features our customers love.

We're looking for a Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery, always keeping our customers and their interests in mind.

What You’ll Be Doing

Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. to define customers and their needsIdentifying key metrics for projects and taking ownership for achieving their successResearching and bringing forward new findings and learnings for reaching complex company goals, such as launching in new territories and offering new featuresDesigning products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail, from wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypesRunning guerrilla and customer testing workshopsImplementing technical solutions and presenting actions during design reviewsReviewing release performance, identifying learnings, and finding ways to enhance it

What You'll Need

3+ years of experience in designing world-class commercial apps in-houseA portfolio featuring examples of product design workImpressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platformsThe ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisionsA solid understanding of technical implications in their design decisionsThe ability to take ownership of design processesA focus on UX and an understanding of human behaviourClean visual design senseSkills in typography and gridsA love for problem-solving and to be challenged

Nice to have

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related technical fieldExperience programming and the ability to code simple prototypesExperience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systemsExperience working in a fast-paced startup environment
