Freelance Senior Graphic Designer at StudioXAG

The role

This role is for a Freelance Senior Graphic Designer to join an in-house design studio in London. You will lead the delivery of 2D graphic design for retail and brand experience projects, from concept through to production. The designer will support an 18-strong design team and report to an Associate Design Director.

What you'll do

• Design and develop graphic concepts for a wide range of touch points.
• Translate big ideas into scalable, modular toolkits for global rollouts.
• Support the elevation and building of key presentations, guidelines, and toolkits.
• Collaborate closely with artworking and production teams.
• Maintain exceptional craft, consistency, and attention to detail throughout projects.
• Lead specialist 2D projects from brief to delivery or support 3D teams on key projects.

What you'll bring

• Possess 7+ years of experience in 2D graphic design, ideally within creative retail.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the application of 2D graphics in a 3D space.
• Hold a degree in Graphic Design/Art Direction or an equivalent qualification.
• Be an expert in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Have strong print and artwork production experience, including large-format and cut vinyl.
