Senior UX-Designer (m/w/d) at iba

The role

You will take full responsibility for UX across the entire product portfolio of hardware and software at iba. This newly created role combines strategic leadership in establishing user-centered processes with hands-on design of complex industrial interfaces. You will also integrate AI-driven methods into the design workflow to accelerate innovation and validation.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement a company-wide UX strategy and standardized design processes
• Establish user research and usability testing methods across all product teams
• Integrate AI tools for synthetic personas and generative prototyping into the workflow
• Design user interfaces for web and desktop applications including complex data visualizations
• Manage and evolve the central UI/UX design system within Figma
• Collaborate with product management and developers to ensure consistent implementation

What you'll bring

• Degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
• Proven experience in establishing or scaling UX functions within an organization
• Proficiency in AI-supported design methods and generative prototyping tools
• Advanced expertise in Figma including structured libraries and design tokens
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to justify design decisions
