Job Description

Founded in 2005, Hypebeast is a global contemporary-culture media brand with operations across 12 markets. Through original reporting, video, collaborations, and live events, Hypebeast covers fashion, footwear, art, design, music, sports, and technology, bringing audiences closer to the people and ideas shaping culture.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join our EMEA branded content production team in London. You will lead the production of a wide range of projects, including branded content, video campaigns, social media franchises, brand collaborations and experiential events.

The role covers Hypebeast and Hypebae branded content, Hypemaker white-label creative agency projects, and paid social media franchises across the wider portfolio, including Hypeform, Hypedrive, Hypetrak and HypeArt.

Reporting to the Executive Producer, you will manage multiple projects across EMEA, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to a high creative standard. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, talent and external suppliers, while contributing creative ideas, improving production processes and supporting junior team members.

Responsibilities:

Production and Creative Collaboration
  • Lead end-to-end production across branded content campaigns and paid social media franchises, from initial brief and creative development through to delivery and reconciliation.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, production plans, contracts, talent, crews, locations and external suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee productions on set and remotely, ensuring all assets meet the agreed creative brief, quality standards and delivery requirements.
  • Contribute creatively across projects by participating in brainstorms, helping develop concepts and creating storyboards and shot lists for social media franchises.
  • Work closely with Creative, Editorial and Sales teams to develop effective creative approaches that meet client objectives and audience needs.
  • Manage production documentation and administration in collaboration with the Production Coordinator, including contracts, invoices and supplier onboarding.
  • Work closely with Finance to monitor spend, manage reconciliations, ensure timely payments and flag potential budget or margin issues.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, talent and suppliers, proactively managing risks and resolving production challenges.
  • Support Sales and Creative with pitches, creative proposals, production approaches and budget estimates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with freelancers, production companies and external suppliers, negotiating competitive rates where possible.
  • Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, resource management and overall efficiency.
Experiential Production
  • Lead the production of branded events, activations and pop-ups, from initial planning and budgeting through to on-site delivery.
  • Manage event logistics, venues, suppliers, schedules and on-site teams across UK-based and international projects.
  • Work with internal and external teams to deliver experiences that meet the agreed creative vision, budget and client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in content production, ideally within a media company, creative agency or branded content environment.
  • Creative thinking: Strong visual sensibility, with the ability to contribute ideas in brainstorms and develop concepts, storyboards and shot lists for social-first content.
  • Production expertise: Proven experience managing multiple projects, budgets, schedules, talent, crews and suppliers from brief to delivery.
  • Industry knowledge: Strong awareness of fashion, music, art and culture, with an understanding of the Hypebeast landscape and current creative trends.
  • Organisation: Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines and anticipate challenges.
  • Commercial awareness: Strong budgeting and negotiation skills, with an understanding of production costs, project margins and resource management.
  • Autonomy and leadership: Able to lead projects independently, make informed decisions, manage external teams and support junior producers.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Resourcefulness: Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to source resources efficiently and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Flexibility to travel: Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally, including at short notice, to support events, shoots and other production requirements.
