Role Overview

Hypebeast is seeking a creative lead in Tokyo to oversee the production and direction of advertising campaigns and media tie-ups. The role focuses on developing unique concepts and story-driven visuals that align with contemporary culture and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the direction and production progress of advertising campaigns and media tie-ups
• Manage approximately three projects per month to ensure smooth execution
• Develop advertising campaign concepts based on specific client requirements
• Collaborate with the Brand Partnership team to incorporate new digital trends
• Create engaging content while exploring story-driven visuals for projects
• Work with internal teams to maintain Hypebeast brand standards across all content

• Ability to create and explain presentation materials for a general audience
