Senior Manager, Product Design (f/m/d) at Contentful

The role

Lead a team of product designers focusing on foundational areas like content performance, application platforms, and design systems at Contentful. • Define and implement AI-native design leadership and workflows within the organization
• Oversee the evolution of the open-source design system and information architecture
• Lead design initiatives for complex multi-team product areas to ensure a unified platform

What you'll bring

• Eight or more years of product design experience with three years in management
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or platform-based companies
• Experience influencing product roadmaps and driving strategic visioning initiatives
• Expertise in owning or contributing to design systems at scale
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design fundamentals and coaching success
