Senior Brand / Web Designer (SF/NYC In-Person) at Mintlify

The role

Mintlify is seeking a Brand Designer to lead end-to-end creative projects and shape the visual identity of a platform serving millions of developers. You will collaborate with leadership to build a cohesive brand that resonates with the developer community.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end brand design projects from exploration to final polish
• Collaborate with Heads of Design and Marketing on brand strategy
• Create compelling visuals specifically designed to resonate with developers
• Build and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines for the company
• Express ideas through high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma or Replit
• Ensure design decisions interconnect to create cohesive user experiences

What you'll bring

• At least 4 years of brand and creative design experience in Tech or SaaS
• Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems and marketing campaigns
• Expertise in Figma or similar high-fidelity design tools
• Experience working with digital-first brands and developer-focused tools
• Deep understanding of design systems and visual hierarchy
