Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Hilo by Aktiia, you will own major product bets including new features and health insights for a medical-grade blood pressure monitoring app. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will transform early vision work into polished, high-fidelity prototypes and shipped results.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product areas from initial concept through to the final shipped result
• Define success metrics for your work and take accountability for outcomes
• Translate research findings and data into actionable design decisions
• Develop working prototypes using AI tools and established design systems
• Collaborate daily with engineering and product teams to unblock development
• Maintain high quality and consistency across existing product design work

Requirements Snapshot

• Expertise in Figma including components, variables, and design tokens
