Working closely with Design Directors, strategists, and multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to the development of brand identities, visual systems, and brand guidelines that work seamlessly across complex organizational and stakeholder environments. You have a strong understanding of corporate brands and how they need to perform across multiple audiences, channels, and markets. Comfortable presenting your work and engaging in creative discussions, you are eager to contribute to ambitious branding projects while continuously developing your craft and expertise.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and execute corporate brand identity projects from concept through implementation, ensuring strategic alignment and creative excellence.
• Translate brand strategy into clear, compelling visual identity systems that support business objectives and strengthen brand perception.
• Design and contribute to the development of comprehensive corporate branding systems, including logos, visual languages, typography, colour systems, iconography, and brand assets.
• Create and maintain detailed brand guidelines and toolkits that enable consistent implementation across multiple markets, channels, and touchpoints.
• Apply identity systems across a wide range of applications, including digital platforms, corporate communications, presentations, environmental graphics, publications, social media, and internal communications.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, verbal identity, experience, and client teams to deliver cohesive and integrated brand solutions.
• Present creative work clearly and confidently, articulating design rationale and responding constructively to feedback.
• Support the implementation and evolution of brand systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and long-term effectiveness.
• Stay informed on developments in branding, design, technology, and AI-driven workflows, bringing relevant innovation into the creative process.
• Contribute to studio culture by sharing knowledge, supporting team members, and maintaining high standards of design craft.
What you’ll need:
• Experience within a branding, corporate identity, or multidisciplinary design consultancy, supported by a portfolio demonstrating strong corporate branding work.
• Proven ability to develop and apply visual identity systems across complex organizations and multiple touchpoints.
• Strong understanding of corporate branding principles, brand architecture, visual systems, and governance.
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience creating corporate identity guidelines, brand standards, and implementation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with an openness to emerging technologies and AI-driven creative workflows.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution, delivering thoughtful and effective creative solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to colleagues and clients.
• Experience working with global or regional clients and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• A collaborative mindset, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering work of the highest quality.
