The role

The Senior Facade Designer is a key member of the team responsible for delivering high-quality facade design solutions and technical documentation across diverse building projects. This role involves leading documentation activities, managing design coordination, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

What you'll do

• Develop detailed facade system designs and technical documentation based on architectural concepts
• Prepare tender packages shop drawings and fabrication level detailed drawings
• Manage and coordinate facade design deliverables to meet project schedules and budgets
• Review design deliverables for constructability functionality and technical accuracy
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance across regional project teams

What you'll bring

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related engineering discipline
• Between 6 and 12 years of experience in facade design and building envelope engineering
• Proven track record of delivering facade projects across various sectors like commercial and residential
• Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and facade detailing
• Knowledge of Revit and BIM tools is preferred for project delivery
