What you’ll do:

  • Lead end-to-end corporate brand identity projects, translating brand strategy into impactful visual identity systems—including logos, typography, colour palettes, iconography, brand assets, and scalable design frameworks aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and toolkits, ensuring consistent implementation across digital platforms, corporate communications, presentations, environmental graphics, publications, social media, internal communications, and multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with strategy, verbal identity, experience, client, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated brand solutions, confidently presenting creative concepts, articulating design rationale, and incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Support the ongoing implementation, evolution, and governance of brand systems while staying current with branding trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven workflows, contributing to innovation, knowledge sharing, studio culture, and high standards of design excellence.

What you’ll need:

  • Demonstrated experience in branding, corporate identity, or multidisciplinary design consultancies, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in developing and implementing visual identity systems, corporate branding principles, brand architecture, visual systems, and governance across complex organizations and multiple touch points.
  • Advanced design craft with exceptional typography, layout, and visual communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proven experience creating corporate identity guidelines, brand standards, and implementation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, combining strategic thinking with hands-on design execution to deliver effective creative solutions, while embracing emerging technologies and AI-driven creative workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and organizational skills, with experience working with global or regional clients, managing complex stakeholder environments, and consistently delivering high-quality work.
