Senior Marketing Designer at Ethos

The role

Ethos is seeking a Senior Designer to join the Brand and Creative team with a primary focus on lifecycle and email marketing. You will design high-performing experiences that engage and retain customers while supporting broader brand initiatives across multiple channels.

What you'll do

• Design engaging email templates and modular layouts to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Partner with growth marketers to iterate on experiments and performance-driven creative tests
• Build and maintain scalable design systems for email and lifecycle marketing channels
• Create high-volume growth content including landing pages social ads and animations
• Support company-wide brand needs such as event collateral and product launch assets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to craft visual stories using iconography and typography

What you'll bring

• Five to eight years of experience in marketing design with a strong portfolio
• Expert proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Deep understanding of marketing funnels and lifecycle channel best practices
• Experience using performance metrics and data to inform creative design decisions
• Proven ability to lead design projects from initial concept through final execution
