The role

As a Staff Content Designer at Ethos, you will craft the messaging and narrative across the entire consumer purchase journey. This hands-on role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to turn complex financial decisions into clear and trustworthy experiences.

What you'll do

• Write and shape content for landing pages, onboarding, and checkout flows
• Develop the narrative backbone for major product flows to ensure consistency
• Evolve content standards and tone-of-voice guidelines alongside design leadership
• Utilize AI tools to generate on-brand content and improve internal workflows
• Conduct user research and audits to build expertise on customer journeys
• Iterate on content based on analytics, A/B testing, and usability research

What you'll bring

• Six years of experience in content design or content strategy
• Two years of experience working on direct-to-consumer digital products
• Proven track record of using storytelling to drive measurable business outcomes
• Fluency in using AI tools for product ideation and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working within regulatory environments
