The role

This role involves supporting clients in achieving sustainable performance through organizational design and business transformation initiatives. You will lead complex consulting engagements to optimize structures, improve workflows, and manage large-scale change activities.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor degree in Business or Information Technology
• Minimum of five years of professional consulting experience
• Proven track record leading significant engagements in complex organizations
• Deep understanding of organizational design and change management principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management frameworks
