• Create and implement customized change management roadmaps for projects.
• Partner with HR and leaders to align organizational design with talent management.

What you'll bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline is required.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of prior consulting experience.
• Experience leading significant consulting engagements in complex organizations is essential.
• A solid understanding of Organizational Design, Business, and HR Transformation is needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks is expected.
