Senior Product Designer at Strella

The role

Strella is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of AI-powered qualitative research tools from concept to production. You will pair strong product judgment with high-level craft to build intuitive experiences for discerning product and research teams. This high-impact role involves working closely with the CEO and engineering to shape priorities and own features end-to-end.

What you'll do

• Lead projects from early problem definition through design implementation and launch
• Create intuitive and elegant workflows for design-conscious product and research audiences
• Design agentic AI features that preserve user clarity and trust while managing latency
• Evolve and apply the design system to ensure product coherence during growth
• Build interactive code-based prototypes to test assumptions and reduce implementation uncertainty
• Collaborate with engineering and customer-facing teams to validate solutions and maintain quality

What you'll bring

• At least four to six years of product design experience in B2B SaaS
• Proficiency in Figma and the ability to build interactive code-based prototypes
• Proven experience designing and shipping AI-powered or agentic product features
• Strong technical fluency and comfort working within a modern frontend codebase
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office four days per week
