You influence our product and shape product strategy based on research and dataYou identify customer needs and problems that are worth solvingYou break down large problems into simple solutions and drive them from concept through completionYou know how to pragmatically scope your work, knowing when a quick prototype is enough and when a complex problem needs deep architectural rigorYou function as an equal partner with the Product Manager on product discovery and measure your impact on the success of your productYou help create a unified, end-to-end experience through close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Analysts across teams, testing your designs regularly through customer interviews and usability testingYou champion user experience across the organization, using clear, evidence-based rationale to articulate design decisionsYou raise the bar on design quality across the organization and collaborate with our growing internal Product Design practice

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

You have extensive experience in designing digital products, including information architecture, visual design, and interaction design, ideally in an e-commerce environmentYou have a proven track record of working in interdisciplinary teams and are a true team playerYou know how to effectively leverage AI and no-code tools to streamline the design process, maximize productivity, and clear space for deep, strategic design workYou are able to bring ideas to life by setting up prototypes and quickly iterating on them early and often using qualitative and quantitative user research methodsYou are familiar with product discovery techniques, such as usability labs and A/B testingYou can think holistically about product strategy and visionYou are able to skillfully align user needs with strategic business goals to drive product successYou excel at using data-driven KPIs and strategic OKRs to maximize product value and impactYou are fluent in English (C1) and comfortable in a dynamic, international environment
