Job Description

Product Designer — Own the Gap Between Field, Office, and Product

Restoration work involves people who rarely see the same context: field workers, office managers, and project leads all touching the same data at different moments. We're hiring a Product Designer to understand all of them and design across that gap, for a fast-growing SaaS platform used by field professionals worldwide.

This is a hands-on, research-driven role. You'll run your own onsite interviews, synthesize signal fast (AI-assisted), and turn it into a user journey that holds across personas and not just ship UI on request.

Location: live anywhere in GermanyTravel is light: 1–2 days/month for design days, HQ visits, and customer research.Languages: German & English at C1

What you'll own:Self-driven discovery: spot the problem, get sign-off, schedule and run onsite research yourselfResearch synthesis: sort signal from noise across personas, using AI tools to pressure-test hypotheses and speed up the workRapid prototyping: vibe-code rough interactions to test before polishing in FigmaWork daily inside one cross-functional pod (PO, lead engineer, QA, sales, marketing), with the wider design team as your craft anchor and growth path

What we're looking for:3–6 years on digital productsYou involve people early and share work-in-progress before it's comfortableYou run your own research, you don't wait to be handed field signalFluent working with AI across your workflow: research synthesis, prototyping, prompt-driven exploration. General comfort matters more than one flashy shipped featureA clear point of view: one strong recommendation over six optionsBonus: experience across conflicting user personas, design system ownership, or shipping coded prototypes (Cursor, Claude Code, v0)

What you get:🌍 Remote-first, async-friendly culture with real autonomy, regular design critique, and an international team spanning Europe and North America.
