About the RoleWe are looking for a Brand Experience & Design Lead to shape and maintain the brand's visual identity across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints. You will lead the creative design team while overseeing brand merchandise, exhibition and spatial design, and day-to-day visual output. Working closely with Marketing, PR, Business Development, and external partners, you will translate brand strategy into high-quality creative experiences and help evolve the team's design capabilities through new technologies and workflows.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Visual Identity: Establish and maintain the brand's visual identity and design system across social media, offline events, product packaging, and other brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency and a high standard of visual execution.Branded Merchandise & Exhibition Design: Lead the design development and quality of branded merchandise, gift boxes, and other physical brand assets, with oversight of materials, production techniques, printing, and supplier execution. Oversee the visual direction of exhibitions, booths, and offline spaces, including spatial layouts, visitor flow, and interactive materials.Team Leadership & Development: Manage the creative design team's day-to-day workflow, resource allocation, and quality standards. Provide creative reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing to support team development and strengthen creative capabilities.AIGC & Creative Innovation: Integrate AIGC tools such as Midjourney and Stable Diffusion into relevant design workflows, including merchandise concepts and exhibition visual development, to improve the efficiency, quality, and scalability of creative production.Cross-Functional & Supplier Management: Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Business Development, and external suppliers such as printing companies and exhibition contractors. Present and pitch creative concepts, while coordinating budgets, material samples, production, and the quality of final physical deliverables.

Qualifications & RequirementsExperience & Background: 6–8+ years of experience in design and creative roles, including at least 3 years of team management experience. Experience in a leading creative/4A agency, technology company, or multinational brand environment is preferred.Visual & Spatial Design Expertise: Strong command of graphic design, typography, and colour, with a solid understanding of 3D visual and motion design. Demonstrated ability to maintain high visual standards across both digital and physical applications.Physical Production & Exhibition Experience: Hands-on experience with merchandise production, printing techniques, and materials such as paper, metal, and fabric, as well as exhibition space design, structures, and build-outs.Creative & Commercial Thinking: Able to develop creative concepts from strategy through execution and translate brand strategy into tangible products and offline experiences, rather than focusing solely on visual execution.Portfolio & Communication: Strong creative judgement, presentation and pitching skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Fluency in English required to work with international teams across offices globally. Applicants should submit a representative portfolio/showreel demonstrating end-to-end brand projects, physical branded merchandise applications, and exhibition/spatial design work, including projects delivered while leading a team.
