Product Designer at Tarro

Role Overview

Tarro is seeking a Product Designer to shape user experiences across multiple product areas for its restaurant infrastructure platform. You will own the design process from research to launch while helping define the company's foundational design culture and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user experience for high visibility product initiatives from concept to launch
• Identify and prioritize the right problems to solve within the restaurant ecosystem
• Conduct user research through focus groups shadowing and interviews
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout development
• Define key workflows while managing edge cases and design tradeoffs
• Contribute to the growth and culture of the foundational design team

Requirements Snapshot

• Minimum five years of technology or agency UX design experience
• Strong fundamentals in both UX and visual design
• Proven track record of launching features with cross functional teams
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for complex problem solving
• Proactive bias for action with the ability to wear multiple hats
