Founding Product Designer at Sentra

The role

Sentra is seeking a designer to build a unique AI teammate that helps startups maintain strategic alignment as they scale. You will work closely with the CEO and product team to transform ambiguous ideas into high-fidelity interfaces across multiple platforms.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the CEO on product strategy and decision-making
• Translate ambiguous product ideas into clear requirements and flows
• Design interfaces for desktop apps web dashboards and AI outputs
• Create rapid prototypes in Figma to test with customers
• Build reusable components and patterns to scale the design system
• Conduct user research and usability tests with real operators

What you'll bring

• At least three years of professional UX and UI design experience
• Strong visual craft skills in composition and modern typography
• Proficiency in Figma for interaction design and high-fidelity prototyping
• Proven ability to drive design processes from discovery to launch
• Experience using data and metrics to evaluate design effectiveness
