Lead Product Designer- San Francisco HQ at orb

The role

As a Designer at Orb, you will drive the end-to-end design process for revenue reporting and invoicing products. You will partner with cross-functional teams to set the vision and deliver world-class user experiences for complex billing workflows.

What you'll do

• Lead user research sessions to understand workflows and validate solutions
• Rapidly iterate on low and high fidelity prototypes to de-risk assumptions
• Partner with engineers and product managers to shape new initiatives
• Frame ambiguous problems into clear design opportunities and success criteria
• Participate in design critiques to raise the quality bar across the team
• Contribute to the design system by proposing and refining UI patterns

What you'll bring

• Five or more years of professional design experience in B2B SaaS
• Ability to distill complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
• Experience working iteratively and sharing designs early and often
• Systems thinking approach to evaluate product ecosystem interactions
