Job Description

Join a dynamic project focused on crafting immersive escape room games for a diverse audience, including schools, businesses, and private groups. This role centers on designing engaging, story-driven experiences that blend creative puzzles, physical components, and interactive challenges. You will collaborate remotely with a team dedicated to delivering high-quality, memorable gameplay that captivates and challenges participants.

Responsibilities

Design and develop original escape room concepts, narratives, and puzzle flows tailored to various client needs Create detailed documentation for game mechanics, storylines, and physical props Collaborate with writers, artists, and developers to ensure cohesive and immersive experiences Prototype and iterate on puzzles and challenges, incorporating feedback from playtesting Ensure all game elements are accessible, engaging, and suitable for the intended audience Coordinate with production teams to oversee the integration of physical and digital components Maintain project timelines and deliverables in a remote work environment
